The North Daviess Cougars baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Eastern Greene Thunderbirds to 5 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.

The Cougars (11-8) will now prepare for their match against Washington (Washington, IN). The Hatchets go into the non-league match with a 8-15 record. In their last match, Washington was overwhelmed by Salem (Salem, IN), 8-7, in a non-league match.

The Thunderbirds (9-13) will now prepare for their match against Barr-Reeve (Montgomery, IN). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 18-6 record. In their last match, Barr-Reeve ran past Owen Valley (Spencer, IN), 5-4, in a non-league match.
