St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Cadets now own a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they host Stamford for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 21. St. Joseph will battle a Black Knights squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Greenwich (Greenwich, CT). The Black Knights record now stands at 11-9.

With the loss, Greenwich falls to 3-17 on the campaign.
