Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL), 15-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 21-7 record. They take the field next when they host Northtown for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 24.

With the loss, Harvard falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Hampshire (Hampshire, IL) to battle the Whip-Purs in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 23. The Whip-Purs enter the challenge with a record of 12-14. Hampshire lost 12-1 in their recent league challenge against McHenry (McHenry, IL)
