The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL) and the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL), saw Pontiac's softball squad achieve victory over Lexington by a count of 11-1.

The Indians now sport a 24-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manteno for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 24. Pontiac will face a Panthers squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 23-3.

With the loss, Lexington falls to 16-8 on the campaign.
