DeSales Irish (Walla Walla, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Wilbur-Creston-Keller Wildcats (Creston, WA), 13-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, DeSales upgrades its record to 22-3 on the season. The Irish travel to Naselle (Naselle, WA) to battle the Comets in a non-league test on Friday, May 26. The Comets come into the test with a record of 15-6. Naselle won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Crosspoint (Bremerton, WA)
With the defeat, Wilbur-Creston-Keller falls to 3-1 on the season.
