In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Goodrich Martians softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Lakeville Falcons.
Coming up next, the Martians encounter the Hill-McCloy Rams (Montrose, MI) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 30. Goodrich will attempt to improve on its 12-2 season record. The Rams enter the outing with a 17-13 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI).
The Falcons (26-7) will now prepare for their outing against Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Chargers enter the non-league outing with a 8-13 record. In their last outing, Powers Catholic was routed by Central (Bay City, MI), 14-2, in a league outing.
