Keene Blackbirds (Keene, NH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Manchester Central Little Green (Manchester, NH), 22-15 in a league test.

The Blackbirds now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Nashua South for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 22. Keene will face a Purple Panthers squad coming off a 15-8 league win over Exeter (Exeter, NH). The Purple Panthers record now stands at 9-7.

In their next game, the Little Green face the Timberlane Owls (Plaistow, NH) in a Division II test, on Thursday, May 23. Manchester Central will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Owls come into the test with a 12-4 record after their 18-2 league win over Alvirne (Hudson, NH).
