In Monday's non-league test, the host Medford Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Stoneham Spartans.
The Mustangs now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Woburn Memorial for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 21.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Malden Catholic Lancers (Malden, MA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 22. Stoneham will attempt to move on its 2-14 season record.
