Camden Hills Windjammers (Rockport, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Windjammers now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mt. Ararat for a Class A North challenge on Wednesday, May 22. Camden Hills will face a Eagles squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Brewer (Brewer, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 1-12.

With the loss, Medomak Valley falls to 11-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Leavitt (Turner, ME) to face the Hornets in a Class B South challenge on Wednesday, May 22. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 11-2. Leavitt won 12-0 in their recent league challenge against Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME)
