The Cheverus Stags softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Westbrook Blue Blazes to 3 in the Stags league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Cheverus improves its record to 13-0 on the year. The Stags travel to Massabesic (Waterboro, ME) to clash with the Mustangs in a Class A South game on Wednesday, May 22. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 8-6. Massabesic won 15-0 in their recent league game against Noble (North Berwick, ME)

In their next game, the Blue Blazes clash with the Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME) in a Class A South game, on Wednesday, May 22. Westbrook will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record.
