Kearsley Hornets (Flint, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Corunna Cavaliers (Corunna, MI), 14-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Hornets now own a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brandon for a challenge on Wednesday, May 22. Kearsley will battle a Blackhawks squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-12.

With the loss, Corunna falls to 0-15 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Perry (Perry, MI) to battle the Ramblers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 21. The Ramblers enter the challenge with a record of 4-7.
