The Austin Eagles baseball squad (Austin, IN), was overwhelmed 13-3 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Madison Cubs (Madison, IN)
With the triumph, Madison moves its record to 14-5 on the season. The Cubs travel to Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN) to confront the Highlanders in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 21. The Highlanders come into the contest with a record of 11-11.
The Eagles now possess a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rising Sun for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 24. Austin will confront a Shiners squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Shiners record now stands at 6-11.
