In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Barrington Eagles baseball team scored a nice 12-2 win over the Middletown Islanders.

The Eagles (13-5) will now prepare for their game against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI). The Patriots go into the Division 1 game with a 6-12 record. In their last game, Portsmouth was overwhelmed by Cranston West (Cranston, RI), 3-0, in a league game.

Next, the Islanders play the Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI) in a Division 2 game, on Wednesday, May 21. Middletown will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Vikings go into the game with a 6-13 record after their 13-3 league win over Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI).
