The Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME) baseball trounced the visiting Morse Shipbuilders (Bath, ME), 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oxford Hills for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 22. Mt. Ararat will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 6-0.
With the defeat, Morse drops to 4-2 on the year. The Shipbuilders host Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 23. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Medomak Valley lost 8-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Brunswick (Brunswick, ME)
