North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Cedar Ridge drops to Union Pines

Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) followers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), 11-4 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Union Pines advances its record to 16-8 on the season. The Vikings travel to Croatan (Newport, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Friday, May 23. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 18-2. Croatan won 19-2 in their recent non-league game against Southern Alamance (Graham, NC)

The Fighting Red Wolves now sport a 10-10 record.
