In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Jefferson Jaguars lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-9 triumph over the New Prague Trojans.

The Jaguars (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Waconia (Waconia, MN). The Wildcats go into the Metro West contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Waconia by Chaska (Chaska, MN), 16-9, in a league contest.
