The Oceanside Mariners softball squad (Rockland, ME), was routed 11-1 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME)

With the victory, Lincoln Academy advances its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Erskine Academy (South China, ME) to meet the Eagles in a Class B South test on Wednesday, May 21. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 5-5. Erskine Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME)

The Mariners (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Lawrence (Fairfield, ME). The Bulldogs go into the Class B North test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Lawrence was routed by Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME), 15-5, in a non-league test.
