In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) baseball squad triumphed over the host Fossil Ridge Sabercats (Fort Collins, CO), by a margin of 8-2.

With the win, Douglas County betters its record to 17-8 on the season. The Huskies travel to Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 21. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 13-10. Ralston Valley won 10-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Poudre (Fort Collins, CO)
