The Spartans now hold a 16-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Valley for a non-league outing on Saturday, May 21. Skyline will confront a Rams team coming off a 15-1 league win over Wenatchee (Wenatchee, WA). The Rams record now stands at 16-1.
With the defeat, Sumner falls to 18-7 on the season. The Spartans travel to Kamiakin (Kennewick, WA) to battle the Braves in a non-league test on Saturday, May 21. The Braves come into the test with a record of 17-5. Kamiakin lost 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Richland (Richland, WA)
