Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Fryeburg Raiders (Fryeburg, ME), 19-2 in a league battle.
The Black Bears now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lawrence for a non-league battle on Monday, May 23.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 26. Fryeburg will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record.
