Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Hardin County Tigers (Savannah, TN) and the host Montgomery Central Indians (Cunningham, TN), witnessed Hardin County's softball squad prevail over Montgomery Central by a count of 8-0.
The Tigers now sport a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Dyer County for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 24. Hardin County will face a Choctaws squad coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Millington Central (Millington, TN). The Choctaws record now stands at 25-18.
With the loss, Montgomery Central moves to 13-9 on the season.
