In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bakersfield Christian Eagles (Bakersfield, CA), by a score of 10-2.

Next up, the Bears encounter the St. Joseph Knights (Santa Maria, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 23. Buchanan will attempt to advance on its 25-4 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 23-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Redwood (Visalia, CA).
