The Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ) volleyball held off the host Union City Soaring Eagles (Union City, NJ), 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Minutemen now possess a 16-3 record. They play next when they host Woodbridge for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 22. Elizabeth will clash with a Barrons team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Westfield (Westfield, NJ). The Barrons record now stands at 5-18.
With the loss, Union City drops to 7-11 on the campaign.
