The Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME) lacrosse trounced the host Deering Rams (Portland, ME), 13-7 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Bulldogs (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Stags go into the Class A challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Cheverus held off Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME), 18-6, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rams clash with the Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 23. Deering will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 20-4 non-league loss to Falmouth (Falmouth, ME).
