The Pembroke Spartans (Pembroke, NH) lacrosse routed the visiting Alvirne Broncos (Hudson, NH), 8-1 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Spartans now own a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Portsmouth for a Division II outing on Friday, May 23. Pembroke will face a Clippers squad coming off a 17-8 league win over Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH). The Clippers record now stands at 10-4.

With the loss, Alvirne falls to 1-13 on the year. The Broncos host Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH) to face the Cavaliers in a Division II outing on Friday, May 23. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 11-4. Hollis-Brookline won 10-7 in their recent league outing against Goffstown (Goffstown, NH)
