The Derryfield Cougars (Manchester, NH) lacrosse nudged the host St. Thomas Aquinas Saints (Dover, NH), 11-10 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Cougars now own a 14-0 record. They take the field next when they host Nashua South for a non-league outing on Friday, May 23. Derryfield will face a Purple Panthers squad coming off a 14-1 league loss to Exeter (Exeter, NH). The Purple Panthers record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, St. Thomas Aquinas falls to 10-5 on the year. The Saints travel to Spaulding (Rochester, NH) to face the Red Raiders in a Division II outing on Friday, May 23. The Red Raiders go into the outing with a record of 0-14. Spaulding lost 15-4 in their recent league outing against Hanover (Hanover, NH)
