In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Manchester Central Little Green softball team scored a nice 17-9 win over the Alvirne Broncos.
The Little Green (2-13) will now prepare for their match against Concord (Concord, NH). The Crimson Tide come into the non-league match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, Concord was routed by Londonderry (Londonderry, NH), 1-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Broncos battle the Bedford Bulldogs (Bedford, NH) in a Division I match, on Thursday, May 22. Alvirne will attempt to better on its 1-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 1-14 record after their 15-5 league loss to Portsmouth (Portsmouth, NH).
