Maine High School Softball - Hall-Dale bounces Winthrop

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Hall-Dale Bulldogs (Farmingdale, ME) and the visiting Winthrop Ramblers (Winthrop, ME), observed Hall-Dale's softball team notch a victory over Winthrop by a tally of 10-2.
The Bulldogs (10-1) will now prepare for their bout against Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME). The Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, Oak Hill gained a win over Mount Abram (Strong, ME), 19-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Ramblers battle the Monmouth Academy Mustangs (Monmouth, ME) in a Class C South bout, on Thursday, May 22. Winthrop will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 9-0 record after their 4-3 league win over Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME).
