Indiana High School Softball - Milan bounces Union County

May 21, 2025: Milan, IN 47031

The Milan Indians softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Union County Patriots to 6 in the Indians non-league win on Wednesday.

The Indians now sport a 21-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lawrenceburg for a non-league battle on Friday, May 23. Milan will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 10-0 league win over Batesville (Batesville, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 16-8.

With the loss, Union County moves to 9-10 on the season. The Patriots travel to Winchester Community (Winchester, IN) to encounter the Golden Falcons in a non-league battle on Monday, May 26. The Golden Falcons come into the battle with a record of 11-9. Winchester Community lost 6-1 in their recent league battle against Centerville (Centerville, IN)
