In Saturday's non-league game, the host Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Richards Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs (13-3) will now prepare for their game against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL). The Friars go into the non-league game with a 5-12 record. In their last game, Fenwick tipped Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL), 3-2, in a league game.
The Bulldogs (9-10) will now prepare for their game against Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL). The Spartans go into the South Suburban - Blue game with a 14-12 record. In their last game, Oak Lawn was edged by Stagg (Palos Hills, IL), 11-9, in a non-league game.
