In Monday's non-league contest, the St. Mary Saints (Westfield, MA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Hoosac Valley Hurricanes (Cheshire, MA), by a margin of 18-8.

With the triumph, St. Mary moves its record to 5-6 on the year. The Saints travel to Holyoke (Holyoke, MA) to play the Purple Knights in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 24. The Purple Knights come into the contest with a record of 10-7.
