Evansville Mater Dei Wildcats (Evansville, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Perry Central Commodores (Leopold, IN), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Evansville Mater Dei upgrades its record to 17-10 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Tell City (Tell City, IN) to battle the Marksmen in a non-league test on Thursday, May 23. The Marksmen come into the test with a record of 9-11. Tell City won 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Forest Park (Ferdinand, IN)
With the defeat, Perry Central falls to 9-13 on the season.
