In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Marshall Hilltoppers baseball team scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Hibbing Bluejackets.
The Hilltoppers (16-2) will now prepare for their game against Champlin Park (Champlin, MN). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Champlin Park tipped Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN), 2-1, in a non-league game.
The Bluejackets (8-10) will now prepare for their game against Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MN). The Thunderhawks go into the Freelance game with a 10-7 record.
