In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the North Hunterdon Lions (Annandale, NJ) softball squad triumphed over the visiting West Morris Mendham Minutemen (Mendham, NJ), by a tally of 15-0.

The Lions now own a 17-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warren Hills Regional for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 28. North Hunterdon will battle a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Belleville (Belleville, NJ). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 13-6.

With the loss, West Morris Mendham falls to 4-16 on the campaign.
