The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Central Lake Trojans (Central Lake, MI) and the visiting Suttons Bay Norsemen (Suttons Bay, MI), saw Central Lake's baseball team gain a win over Suttons Bay by a tally of 14-4.

The Trojans (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against St. Mary Cathedral (Gaylord, MI). The Snowbirds enter the Ski-Valley battle with a 7-7 record.

Next, the Norsemen face the Buckley Bears (Buckley, MI) in a Northwest battle, on Tuesday, May 27. Suttons Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 7-15 record after their 7-3 non-league loss to Manton (Manton, MI).
