The Polytech Panthers baseball squad (Woodside, DE), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Newark Charter School Patriots (Newark, DE)
With the triumph, Newark Charter School moves its record to 12-7 on the season. The Patriots travel to Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE) to confront the Vikings in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 24. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 17-1.
