The Gaylord Blue Devils softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Bellaire Eagles to 2 in the Blue Devils non-league win on Thursday.
The Blue Devils now possess a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boyne City for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 22. Gaylord will confront a Ramblers team coming off a 17-5 non-league win over Kingsley (Kingsley, MI). The Ramblers record now stands at 8-16.
With the loss, Bellaire moves to 20-2 on the season. The Eagles host Boyne Falls (Boyne Falls, MI) to confront the Loggers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 27. The Loggers come into the battle with a record of 5-5.
