Indiana High School Softball - La Porte defeated by South Central

May 22, 2025: La Porte, IN 46350

The La Porte Slicers softball squad (La Porte, IN), was routed 18-1 in Thursday's non-league contest with the visiting South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN)

With the triumph, South Central improves its record to 16-5 on the year. The Satellites host Highland (Highland, IN) to face the Trojans in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 24. The Trojans enter the contest with a record of 16-11. Highland won 12-0 in their recent non-league contest against Boone Grove (Valparaiso, IN)

The Slicers now hold a 12-16 record. They play next when they travel to New Prairie for a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 28. La Porte will face a Cougars squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Portage (Portage, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 21-6.
