The Mount Abram Roadrunners softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Old Orchard Beach Seagulls to 7 in the Roadrunners league win on Thursday.

The Roadrunners now sport a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lisbon for a Class C South battle on Monday, May 26. Mount Abram will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 9-1 league loss to Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME). The Greyhounds record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Old Orchard Beach moves to 2-6 on the season. The Seagulls travel to Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME) to confront the Hawks in a Class C South battle on Friday, May 23. The Hawks come into the battle with a record of 0-10. Sacopee Valley lost 5-0 in their recent non-league battle against Buckfield (Buckfield, ME)
