The Peru Tigers baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Frontier Falcons to 4 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.

The Tigers now own a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warsaw for a non-league test on Monday, May 25. Peru will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over La Porte (La Porte, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 11-13.

With the defeat, Frontier drops to 16-6 on the year. The Falcons travel to Clinton Prairie (Frankfort, IN) to play the Gophers in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 27. The Gophers go into the test with a record of 20-6. Clinton Prairie won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Eastern (Greentown, IN)
