Shrewsbury Colonials (Shrewsbury, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Andover Golden Warriors (Andover, MA), 15-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Colonials now own a 6-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westborough for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 24. Shrewsbury will battle a Rangers squad coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA). The Rangers record now stands at 7-10.

With the loss, Andover falls to 2-14 on the campaign. The Golden warriors travel to Lexington (Lexington, MA) to battle the Minutemen in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 25. The Minutemen enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. Lexington won 19-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Beverly (Beverly, MA)
