The Ottawa Pirates (Ottawa, IL) softball routed the visiting Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans (Aurora, IL), 10-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Pirates (24-5) will now prepare for their bout against Morris (Morris, IL). The Redskins go into the non-league bout with a 23-11 record. In their last bout, Morris toppled Plano (Plano, IL), 11-1, in a non-league bout.
The Titans now possess a 2-17 record.
