New York High School Baseball - Poland holds off McGraw

Poland Tornadoes (Poland, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting McGraw Eagles (McGraw, NY), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Poland upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Oriskany (Oriskany, NY) to battle the Redskins in a Section 3 Center State III test on Saturday, May 25. The Redskins come into the test with a record of 15-2. Oriskany won 10-2 in their recent non-league test against Mater Dei Academy (Syracuse, NY)
With the defeat, McGraw falls to 12-5 on the season.
