Next, the Thunderbirds face the Wausau East Lumberjacks (Wausau, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 23. Lakeland will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Lumberjacks enter the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Merrill (Merrill, WI).

The Bluejays now have a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Richmond for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 28. Merrill will face a Tigers team coming off a 1-1 league Hudson (Hudson, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 12-3.
