In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Wells Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Poland Knights.
The Warriors now have a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gray-New Gloucester for a non-league test on Thursday, May 23. Wells will face a Patriots squad coming off a 22-0 non-league win over Lake Region (Naples, ME). The Patriots record now stands at 5-6.
In their next game, the Knights face the Waynflete Flyers (Portland, ME) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 30. Poland will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Flyers come into the test with a 4-6 record after their 11-6 non-league win over Freeport (Freeport, ME).
