Michigan High School Baseball - Ithaca sneaks past Alma

May 23, 2025: Ithaca, MI 48847

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI) and the visiting Alma Panthers (Alma, MI), saw Ithaca's baseball team get by Alma by a tally of 16-15.

The Yellowjackets (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against St. Louis (St. Louis, MI). The Sharks enter the Tri-Valley - 10 battle with a 4-14 record. In their last battle, St. Louis was tipped by Gladwin (Gladwin, MI), 15-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Panthers face the Chesaning Indians (Chesaning, MI) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 27. Alma will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 14-5 record after their 2-0 league win over New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI).
