The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Ida Bluestreaks (Ida, MI) and the host Jefferson Bears (Monroe, MI), saw Ida's baseball team gain a win over Jefferson by a tally of 8-3.
The Bluestreaks (15-11) will now prepare for their battle against Hudson (Hudson, MI). The Tigers enter the Lenawee County battle with a 10-10 record.
Next, the Bears face the Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 27. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 11-19 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 26-9 record after their 9-3 non-league win over Davison (Davison, MI).
