Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves (Lansing, IL) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL), 13-6 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Thornton Fractional South moves its record to 13-20 on the season. The Red Wolves travel to Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL) to battle the Knights in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 28. The Knights come into the match with a record of 19-10. Lincoln-Way Central won 5-3 in their recent non-league match against Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN)
The Raptors now possess a 12-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blue Island Eisenhower for a non-league match on Monday, May 26. Rich Township will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Thornwood (South Holland, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-22.
