North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Weddington overwhelms Northwest Guilford

May 23, 2025: Greensboro, NC 27409

The Weddington Warriors lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the host Northwest Guilford Vikings to 6 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now hold a 18-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marvin Ridge for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 28. Weddington will clash with a Mavericks squad coming off a 18-5 non-league win over Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 20-3.

With the loss, Northwest Guilford falls to 16-5 on the year.
