Maine High School Lacrosse - Noble can't get by Maranacook

In Friday's non-league test, the Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) lacrosse team edged the visiting Noble Knights (North Berwick, ME), by a count of 8-7.
Next up, the Black Bears battle the John Bapst Memorial Crusaders (Bangor, ME) in a Class C test, on Monday, May 26. Maranacook will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.
The Knights (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME). The Scots enter the Class A test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Bonny Eagle got by Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME), 12-6, in a league test.
